Paws on the track for a special cause
October 2026

Four PAWS teams joined the 24 Hour Walk Against Cancer in Campbelltown in October, adding a few extra paws, and plenty of pats, to a wonderful day of fundraising and awareness for a cause close to so many hearts.
Funds raised through the walk support PAWS visits to Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre, where Bronix brings comfort, companionship and a welcome distraction on his fortnightly visits. Patients, their families and staff can enjoy some special time with Bronix, who is always happy to squeeze a few more admirers into his busy patting schedule.
A huge thank you to the organisers for again including PAWS teams in the walk and for your ongoing support. You help make these special visits possible, one step, and one paw, at a time.
