Yesterday, our beloved Angus crossed the Rainbow Bridge, leaving behind broken hearts and the most beautiful memories.

Angus was the last remaining foundation dog for PAWS Pet Therapy — a true pioneer who helped shape who we are today.

For over 10 incredible years, Angus and Wendy visited the Southern Highlands Cancer Centre, bringing comfort, calm, and smiles to countless patients, their families and staff.

But Angus’s paws reached far and wide — he also worked with children in schools and those experiencing homelessness, a youth mental health program, he visited aged care residents, and helped students through the stress of their HSC exams.

His gentle presence and big personality touched so many lives.

Behind the scenes, Angus was known for his cheeky personality, stealing socks and undies whenever he could, enjoying beach adventures, and snuggling up with his favourite yellow octopus.
Angus leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and healing. He will be forever part of the PAWS story.
Rest peacefully, dear Angus.

You’ve earned your wings — all of us at PAWS thank you.
Vale Angus
